PMP Reasoning is published by GrayBear Studio. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
License
Your use of PMP Reasoning is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). GrayBear Studio is the licensor named in that agreement. The points below add to it and do not replace it.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your device Settings, under your Apple Account, in the Subscriptions section. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
No affiliation with PMI
PMP, PMI, PMBOK and Project Management Institute are marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. PMP Reasoning is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Project Management Institute, Inc. References to PMI terminology are made to describe the exam this app helps you prepare for.
No guarantee of a result
This app is a study aid. It does not contain real exam questions and it cannot promise a passing score. Certification outcomes depend on your own preparation and on the exam as administered by the certifying body. Nothing in the app is professional, legal or career advice.
Content accuracy
Questions and explanations are reviewed carefully but may contain errors, and features may change or be withdrawn. Report anything that looks wrong and it will be checked.
Original work
The questions, explanations, mindset rules, glossary entries and coaching content are original work and protected by copyright. They may not be copied, exported, scraped, republished, sold or shared, or used to build or train a competing product or a machine learning model.

Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
