Creditable is made by GrayBear Studio. This policy explains what happens to information in the Creditable app for iPhone.
The short version
Creditable does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any information about you. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
What you enter and where it is kept
To produce its estimates, Creditable asks for details such as pay grade, service dates, date of birth, household members, VA rating, state of residence, savings balances and contributions, and second-career plans. These are saved only on your device, in the app's own storage. They are never transmitted to GrayBear Studio or to anyone else. We have no servers that receive them and no way to see them.
No accounts, analytics or advertising
Creditable has no sign-in and no account. It contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting tools, and no third-party software that collects data. It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. The app works without an internet connection.
Reports you choose to share
When you create a PDF report, it is generated on your device. It leaves your device only if you choose to share or save it, using the standard iOS share sheet, to the destination you pick (for example Mail, Files or a printer). That destination's own privacy practices then apply.
Backups
If you back up your iPhone with iCloud or a computer, iOS may include Creditable's saved data in that backup, under Apple's control and your settings. GrayBear Studio does not receive it.
Purchases
If you buy Creditable, Apple processes the purchase. We receive only the aggregate sales reports Apple provides to developers, which do not identify you. Apple's privacy policy applies to purchases.

Links in the app (for example to this page or to support) open in your web browser. Our website is covered by its own privacy notice.
Deleting your data
Because your information exists only on your device, deleting the app deletes it. We hold no copy to delete.
Children
Creditable is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Because the app collects nothing, a change would only describe new features before they ship.
