DomiLedger builds a maintenance plan around your home and keeps a dated record of everything you do: the work, the cost, the appliances and their warranties.
Renters also get a condition record: dated photos of the place as you found it, what you raised while you lived there, and how you left it, ready to export as a report. Everything stays on your iPhone. There is no account and nothing to sign in to.
What it does
A plan for your home
Tell it what your home has and it schedules the upkeep that applies, with reminders and the reason each job matters.
Appliances and warranties
Scan the label to fill in the model and serial on the device, keep receipts and photos, and get warned before a warranty ends.
Safety recall checks
Your appliances are checked against U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls, free for everyone. When a check cannot run, the app says so rather than showing a clean result.
Renting mode
Separates your jobs from the property's, and keeps dated condition records with as many photos as each room needs. Photos keep the date the camera recorded.
Reports to share
Export a Home Ledger PDF for a buyer, insurer or contractor, or a condition report for a move-in or move-out, with a line for the other party to sign for their copy.

DomiLedger Pro adds unlimited appliances, warranty alerts, photos and receipts, condition record photos, PDF exports and cost history. Pro is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app and on the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
